Living With Joint Hypermobility Syndrome

Ever since I was little, I’ve had to deal with a condition called Joint Hypermobility Syndrobe (JHS or simply Hypermobility for short). The more astute of you can probably guess that Hypermobility causes me to be hyper-mobile. In basic terms, this means that my joints don’t stop where they should meaning that turning my knees, fingers and various other body parts to strange angles has long been a party trick of mine.  Continue reading
